We went camping for a few days at our favorite camping spot, the photo taken from across the river, you can see Kris in the water and our camper behind the trees. The weather was very good.

Me in a hammock, the photo was taken from across the creek.
You can see our camper through the trees behind me.
This hammock is 11 foot long and 7 1/2 foot wide, so that you can lay across it. You can read here about the hammock angle. Hubby made our hammocks from Taffeta material (banquet table-cloths.) Sourced from Tablecloths.com.

"Dick and Jane books were the predominant readers in public schools from the 1940s through the early 1960s. The books were created by educator Williams S. Gray and former teacher and reading consultant Zerna Sharp, who believed that the “whole word” method was the ideal way to teach reading."- America Comes alive.
A Squirrel throwing a hissy fit at us.
As usual the food was great.
Breakfast of fried egg on lettuce and toast with mayonnaise and avocado with balsamic vinegar.
Supper: Spicy Drumsticks, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion and Mccain's Potato patties cooked in olive oil on a 14"x 16" Camp Chef Flat top griddle (to dad from dad for father's day).
The Eggs are cooked in egg rings with spices added.
Sosaties (Kebabs) made with beef, bell Peppers, mushrooms, onions, spices, bacon, etc. which was marinated in curry, spices, Turmeric, Worcestershire sauce, etc. We usually skewer the meat and vegetables together, but this time we kept them separate to make the cooking easier. We had them with baked potatoes.
Breakfast: Toast, fried bacon and a cheese omelet made in a large egg ring on the grill.
The spatula is used to move the food around.
Supper: T-bone, home-made Russian sausages, Mccain's potato wedges and fried eggs made on the grill.
Our coffee percolator seen here on the gas burner, which we use to put the Camp Chef Flat top griddle on top of. The Single Burner Cast Iron Stove is in an aluminium tray, the piece of wood is to prevent the table from getting too hot.
Night time, around the fire.
