Apply and seal paper doilies and let dry. Remove air bubbles. |
Paint paper doilies black and let dry. |

| Glue some embelishments in place. | Flick Pearlescent paint, dab with paper towel and let dry. |
Appply Rub ‘n Buff Wax Metallic. |
Glue more embelishments.
