Tok's Self Portrait.

"An art journal is a visual diary; it combines elements of writing, drawing, painting, collage, and even printmaking to express yourself. This includes your everyday life, as well as your bigger hopes, dreams, and fears. A single page will often fuse words and illustrations to offer a look at what’s going on inside your head." - My Modern Met.

I changed my Profile photo into a sketch using Nexmuse, a free online program.

I traced it onto watercolor paper, which I colored and then glued onto 8" x 8" artist paper.

My inspiration was: Karen Campbell’s Fun-Fabulous-Faces
Karen has some great free tutorials and sketches on YouTube and her website.
Supplies:  Sands of time Art Paper designed by Nancy Oh by Stampington & Company, Watercolor paper, thin black marker, tracing paper, watercolor pencils, pencils, eraser, ink pad, eye-shadow applicator, baby oil, cotton buds, adhesive, etc.
