Windchill

It is the next day: Last night was b-a-d! We had winds in excess of 100 k.m.p.u. The house shook, even the toilets and drains groaned because of the pressure. This morning our son didn’t have classes, as it was still blizzard conditions, but I took him to class in the afternoon and did some shopping. The Corolla spun and skid along like all the other cars, for the first time I went into a snow-bank, but fortunately did no damage. The snows on the side of the roads are heaped up for about a meter. The wind-chill was – 20. We are trying to buy a snow blower, but they are all sold out. Back to the past again
