On Sunday (30 degrees) we went to the Annual Lilac festival, the largest street festival in Calgary, with 80, 000 people attending this year. Our dog went too, there were many dogs. We were just in time for the parade. It is held in one of the streets with the most restaurants, so they did good business. We got sun burnt some more, and went to cool off at the river, where there are cycling paths, with many roller bladers, we ate ice cream at “Licks” and after visiting the Chinese mall ate at one of our favorite oriental restaurants to celebrate 5 years in Canada.
