Come rain or shine.

After we left Dry Gulch Provincial Park near Radium Hot Springs, during our 2024 road trip, we drove via Osoyoos, British Columbia, Canada. In Osoyoos, the temperature dropped, and it began to rain.

Instead of camping at Silver Lake Provincial Park, as planned, we spent the night at a place we knew well—the Telte-Yet Campsite in Hope, British Columbia—because of the rain. The showers were clean, we had hot showers and the staff was courteous.
"The Telte Yet Campground has breathtaking scenery. You will enjoy the beautiful cedar and maple trees, it`s park like setting alongside the mighty Fraser River and views of the majestic Fraser Valley mountains. The campground itself was historically home of the local Stó:lō First Nation people."- Stolotourism. The following morning, under pouring rain, we departed Telte-Yet Campsite for Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In Vancouver, under an ominous sky, crossing the Port Mann Bridge. Our goal was to go from the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal to the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia, Canada, via ferry. Although it is just 171 kilometres by road, the traffic was so horrendous that it took us three hours to travel in our camper from Hope, British Columbia to the Horseshoe Bay Ferry Terminal.

Inside the Cassiar Connector.

Coming soon; Ferry to the Sunshine Coast.
