Mermaid cove definitely lives up to its name.
Fortunately, the weather was hot, so the water didn't feel too cold.
Erik loved it as well.
Erik got a lot of attention.
Erik is at home on the rocks.

The evenings were very special.
One evening we heard the call of a Loon.
Our last evening was the harvest moon. People quietly experience nature at its best.

It doesn't get much better than that.
The next morning there was a very low tide, perfect for beach combing.
