Mixed Media Tags.

I love making tags, to try out new techniques and supplies.
(Christmas prezzies, from mom to mom.)
The tags are about 6 1/2" x 3"

My tags and cards are kept in a 12" x 12"  scrapbook album, with divided pockets. I date and add more information on the backs.

My inspiration:
May 7th - Tim's Tag by Cathy M's Space.

Some of my supplies were: Home made Stamp cleaner and stamp cleaning pad, tag templates, ink pads. eye-shadow applicators, ribbon, a brayer, make up applicator sponges, acrylic stamps, text form an old book, honeycomb stencil, stickers, food dyes,  a hole punch, card-stock, ring reinforcements, Modge Podge by Plaid, Foam brushes, Memories™ Mists -Margaretha,  Ranger Ink – Perfect Pearls Mists-Silver, etc.

The video I used to make the DIY Stamp Cleaning Pad in a DVD Case, has since been made private, but there are many more D.I.Y videos like DIY Stamp Scrubber by thefrugalcrafter Lindsay Weirich

Autumn Leaves – Clear Stamps by Rhonna Farrer – Swirls.

Calendar from Time Will Tell-Rebecca Sower-Nostalgiques Scrapbook Stickers By Sticko.

The acrylic stamps are Art Journey - Unmounted Rubber Stamps - Eyes and Vintage Postcard Silicone Clear Stamps 15 x 18 cm.

“Ombré /ˈɒmbr/ (literally “shaded” in French) is the gradual blending of one color hue to another, usually moving tints and shades from light to dark” –Wikipedia  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1Mw8oNOvrA
