We boondocked at our usual location near Limestone Mountain in Alberta, Canada, right before the Labour Day weekend. Due to the excellent weather following a rainy August, big rigs, side-by-sides, and quads continued to arrive even during the week.
We adore our folding, laser-cut, octagonal outdoor barbecue. It is supported by a folding tripod and is constructed of mild steel.
Stores that sell outdoor fire pits and grilling equipment, possibly including some that specialise in portable or collapsible versions, carry comparable goods.
The opening is ideal for our thin Korean griddle with a non-stick coating that we purchased from Temu.
Cooking bacon.
Crispy roasted baby potatoes in butter with salt and pepper. Foil packets keep food warm on the sides.
