Cochrane, July 2000

We chose another lovely day to visit Cochrane, (27 degrees. We all had ice cream at Mc Kays (Canada’s most well-known ice cream parlor) which serves different flavors like Margarita, Liquorice etc. I had a Black Forest, which I can highly recommend. The in laws pinned Potchefstroom on the map. Then we leisurely strolled the streets, taking photographs of the saloon etc. Dad took lovely photos of cowboys inside a shop selling saddles, and cowboy stuff. Then we drove to Ghost Lake where the guys tried some fishing with their new carbide rods.
