We didn’t take our dog to the Stampede show-grounds. The weather was lovely; we have had a fantastic summer so far. The Stock dog championship was very interesting, their was demo by Guinness world record sandcastle builders, many new gadgets for sale like expensive thingies to put into your wash so that you never need fabric-softener again, aluminum envelopes to put a sandwich in before you pop it in the toaster, to make toaster cheese sandwiches etc. Our toasters have wide slots to take bagels. There was also a tunnel of cold drink vending machines that you walk through that sprays you with a mist of ice water and much more.
