On Saturday we took photos of the pack ice, there was a seal on one, but it was to far to photograph. The next day we took the ferry to Bell Island, so that we could ride through the ice. By this time it was safe, as it had scattered a little, you can see the track that the ferry leaves. It was so nice, we rode on the top deck, our dog was frolicking, I think she knew where we were going.
There we climbed about to a lovely frozen waterfall. It reminds me of the Kango Caves. We shuffle-shuffle with our ski poles, as it is so slippery, when we climb, we kick a hole in the hard packed snow before we step. Our dog enjoyed it very much; we also met another nice woman with a dog.
